For the past twenty years, Franziska has worked and studied extensively in the fields of human behavior, psychological and metaphysical sciences. She is a member of ITAA (International Transactional Analysis Association) and ASCCANZ (Association for Supervision, Coaching and Consultancy of Australia and New Zealand.

Franziska Goyo has been coaching, consulting and teaching thousands of people in seminars in Europe, Australia, and Africa building their personal magnetism, develop their authentic leadership skills to help them build and grow successful businesses, expand their influence and create more fulfilling relationships in their personal and work lives. 

Franziska began her career with a Bachelor of Arts degree in fashion design and received national recognition on German TV and radio with her traffic safe children's fashion label. However Franziska recognized that her interest was in the ‘interior design’ of the human mind – what drives people to success or failure? What causes high performance or under achievement? Franziska studied counseling, psychotherapy and metaphysics and found her calling in coaching individuals and groups in developing self-awareness, self-esteem, and their authentic leadership skills to create success in their life and career. Her passion is to help people become aware and master unconscious self-limiting mind patterns, which when conquered, bring out the best in people naturally.

Meditation is one of Franziska's past time and part of her teaching. She started to meditate when she was 16 years old. "It has brought me clarity, and a deep understanding of the human mind. If we can master ourselves, we can master anything."
